UEFA gets 2M requests for Euro 2012 match tickets
UEFA says more than two million tickets have been requested for the 2012 European Championship, and 28 of 31 matches are oversubscribed. Fans in host nations Poland and Ukraine have made 90 percent of the applications for tickets which are priced from ?30 ($42). Fans in Germany have made more than 65,000 requests and Russian residents around 40,000.
