The wallpaper of this week is a beautiful illustration by Carmelo Di Lorenzo, an art director, designer and illustrator, from São Paulo, Brazil. Carmelo worked with Adhemas Batistas, one of his greatest influences, a few years ago and now he is working as Senior Art Director at Wunderman.

I was a creative director for an in-house team for a year and it was very rewarding. Stressful at times (but what job isn't). And it really depends on what type of company you work for. Art Directors in ad agencies will have a much heavier work load than an in-house Director.

can also work above the costume and lighting designers. Kind of makes sure all aspects come together.
