HGTV has a great section called rate my space where everyday people like you & me upload pictures of their rooms & people can vote. The best thing about this is that when you register, you can ask questions like which paint color was used or where a certain item was purchased. They have soo many rooms in every size, color, style, & price range imaginable. im sure you can be inspired there

If vimeo offers embed code for that video, you can just copy the code to your website and get it done.
If no code offered, you can try to download it to your computer, upload it to your host server and embed it to your website with HTML code, this is the tutorial – http://flash-video-player.blogspot.com/2009/07/embed-flash-videos-to-your-website-or.html

What helps for me is to ask "do I love this (chocolate bar for example) more than I love my daughter?"
I do this as if I let my weight get out of hand, I'm not likely to enjoy a long & healthy life as I have cardiac problems. I find this helps me avoid the things that make me gain weight as – of course, I love her more than anything else!
The other one is "those who indulge, bulge!"
