Create Folders and Sort everything.. Problem solved.. or use "filters" so that in future the jokes will be deliverd into the "Jokes" folder and not in "inbox"

Yes, I believe that there are certain innate upper bounds to one's creativity potential.
However, as one gains experience on the job and, indeed, in everyday life, inspiration and creativity sometimes spontaneously erupts.
You may just need to mature a little more to allow those abilities to manifest themselves. Don't worry. That potential is there. Just try to allow it to happen rather than attempting to force it.
