Quick answer: Yes, but it will be very difficult.

I currently live in Porto Alegre and I find the living cost very similar to other big cities in Brazil (which means not cheap at all). Even considering 600 USD as net salary (not paying any taxes) and the current abnormally high exchange rate of dollar, your salary will barely pay for the rent of a decent apartment plus simple food.
Unless you have the lifestyle of a monk, you will have a hard time with that salary if without any other benefits, specially being a foreigner…

Try to get free housing (which is common for foreigners working abroad) or at least 1000 USD as net salary.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!!! Your going to go to BRazillll???? That's awesommmeee!!!! I am toooooo!!!!!!! LOL!!! What program? When are you going???

LOL

But anyway, this is your question…. Sooooooooooooooo:

There are two ways you can do it. If you leave summer departure in July (what I am doing) than you just start in the middle of their year, spend the summer with your host family, and then go back to school at the end of vacation. They will either put you in the same grade as you were, or after vacation, they may move you up, so you can be with the same people.

The other way, is to leave in the winter- January ish. You get there, and then you start with the rest of the school… however, then that messes up two of your school years at home..,…

I suggest a summer departure. That is what most people do!

Good luck!!!
And if you decide to do it, pleeeeesaaaseee contact me! I never see anyone else who is going to Brazil!!! lol.. ummmm my email is on my profile!!!

You are also supposed to care for your friend with benefits but people don't usually care about prostitutes. Every relationship is a two-way street. If you treat your firend with benefits as a piece of ass and nothing more that means you treat her/him as a prostitute.

Try using CropMom to add embellishments to your photos.

Just upload your photo or photos, started a New Layout, and choose from CropMom's digital scrapbook graphics to decorate your photo.Select a photo or graphic to resize it or rotate it. You can select a photo to change it black and white or sepia tone or correct the brightness and contract. You can add your own text.

Save your layout. Now go to My CropMom, click on the layout and e-mail using the Share button. Or download it for free in low-resolution to use on your Web page or blog. Or pay a small fee to get the high-resolution JPEG file of the layout for printing.

Yes, you can text a tweet to Twitter without getting updates from those you are following. When you select to follow someone, make sure you select "Device Updates: Off".
This should prevent you from receiving updates via text, but should allow you to send in your personal update via text.

And the text should be apart of your plan.
