It sounds like you are wanting your website to be indexed and searchable by Yahoo search. To do this, you need to have a website running and online. A CD of the website will be of no use. Try or to submit your site.

It's a pretty nice desktop PC. I think WoW came out when the 2400 was still pretty new, so this should be fine. Every other spec far exceeds it's requirements.
