Whether you have an <a href="http://mashable.com/category/iphone/">iPhone</a>, <a href="http://mashable.com/category/android/">Android</a>, or any other type of smartphone, finding the right app for a task can sometimes seem like more trouble than it&#8217;s worth.</p>
<p>As frustrating as that can be, it&#8217;s always healthy to poke a little fun at ourselves and the portable devices near and dear to our hearts.</p>

The lightbulb is most often thought of as his signature invention, but Edison understood that the bulb was little more than a parlor trick without a system of electric power generation and transmission to make it truly useful.
