VIZIO has launched a new line of mobile TVs, amongst the first to enter the mobile market capable of receiving the new ATSC-M/H mobile/handheld broadcast signal.  VIZIO revealed the VMB100, VMB090 and VMB070 Razer Mobile LED TVs at CES 2010 in Las Vegas, likely signaling a trend in mobile television that will see many competing releases this year.

LG has announced a new 3D-ready line of LED TV’s that will begin shipping this spring/summer.  The LG Infinia TVs and the LG Infinia LE9500 LED TV flagship represent LG’s leap from CCFL LCD’s to LED LCD’s and the ability to play back new 3D TV formats.

So, what can you do? Well, I found this really cool hack that will enable you to create a couple of LED lights lighting up your keyboard. As a matter of fact ANY keyboard. It’s quite simple and only require some minor skills and a few cords and LED’s. Then it’s just to get to work and put it all together.

When done you will be able to use the “Scroll Lock” key or whatever key you desire to use to toggle the LED’s on and off depending on when you want them lit. The solution may not be the most visually stunning but it sure looks cool and could really be used in a lot of other ways. How about hooking up a keyboard full of light switches. Then you could just sit at your keyboard and turn lights off and on around the house. Well, this might take a huge amount of work and probably not possible using the small power run through the keyboard but the thought is tickling.

Now, toggle that brain on and get to work. Your days typing on darkness is forever over. The time of no sleep is here and you have no more excuses why you can’t work during the night. The darknes is now your friend while working. Enjoy!

Even though the possibilities are true and the facts strengthen the truth in it I can’t tell whether these components does the job they are said to do. It all seems so cool and I am sure, if it works, that some people really use these with LED lights to lower their electrical bill. After all, LED’s is the new cool and also delivers far longer life span of the light source itself and sometimes even brighter to a smaller price. In this case it’s free.

So, should one try it or is it all bogus. What do you think? Would you try this out and if you did and found out it works, would you keep doing it to lower your electrical bill?

After all you’re using it anyways for your phone right so why not everything else? Sure, powering your washing machine or even your TV might be a bit of a hurdle but still lamps and small appliances like that could really do the trick.

Hmm, I need to think about this one for a while. What do you think?

You need a few things but it won’t cost you much. 1-2 light bulbs, 2 batteries, 2 cords, a soldering device and a few ordinary tools to pull this off. Just remember not to put this light bulb back into any sockets and try to turn them on. The result I don’t know but it’s best you don’t.

The cool thing about it is that for someone with a little bit of skills you can actually make this lamp rotate in color with just a little chip attached to its inside, then add a few more lights in different colors and you have your own light bulb that can lie by itself on the table and still twinkle in different colors. If that’s not impressive I don’t know. Enjoy and be careful!

LED traffic lights are a great way for cities around the world to save on energy costs, but from what we’re hearing although they use 90 percent less energy, they’re not as efficient compared to traditional incandescent light bulbs when heavy snow strikes the way it did in many places around Europe and the US in the last couple of days.

I know you are looking for a brand new LCD HDTV to watch all those Christmas old movies and that’s why I have looked everywhere for a couple of new sets for you. And what I found looks certainly impressive. Sure they’re not comparable to Philips’ Cinema 21:9 HDTV but they’re very interesting. I am talking about the ‘40PFL9704′ and ‘46PFL9704′, two new additions to Philips’s LED HDTV lineup.
