Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, the site currently has over 935,000 registered professionals and businesses from 234 countries and territories worldwide.

GetAFreelancer is looking to redesign their logo.  Submissions are accepted until September 30th 2009 (midnight EDT) only via the online submission page. Artists can submit multiple entries.

The prizes offered are quite substantial :

  • Grand Prize : US$10,000 & Master Logo Designer Insignia added to user’s profile.
  • People’s Award : US$1,000 and Master Logo Designer Insignia
  • Second Prize : US$1,000 and Specialist Logo Designer Insignia
  • Third Prize : Adobe Illustrator CS4 and Specialist Logo Designer Insignia
  • Fourth Prize : Apple Ipod Touch 16GB and Specialist Logo Designer Insignia
  • 5th-10th Prize : US$25 Apple iTunes Voucher and Specialist Logo Designer Insignia
