Once your news is approved, it will not only be posted in the sidebar and the community news page of Live Dev Feeds, your link will be included in our RSS feed and it will also be posted to our Twitter page.

Not using standard equipment like office-stores sell.

If you look around you may be able to configure a desktop computer as a firewall/DCHP server to do that, or find a industrial grade (expensive) router that can.

No you can't convert.

Here is a link to help you understand the major differences. While 64bit is great in that it can use much more RAM than 32bit, its biggest drawback is that there are a lot of programs and devices out there that won't run on that platform.
