Willard was a huge man for his time. Not such a classy boxer, who fought as a counterpuncher (which can be seen/read by the Johnson fight). However, he did throw heavy body shots, which was the reason he was able to knock out Johnson, he tired him out and went for the kill. Willard's only "good" win was against an old Johnson for the Heavyweight Title. He only made two defenses in almost 4 years, when he was eventually knockouts out by Dempsey. Willard also didn't have sch a strong chin, but he was a big puncher.
Carnera was an even bigger puncher than Willard, and had a much better chin. His good wins were over Ernie Schaaf, Young Stribling and Jack Sharkey (for the Title). Carnera also made two defenses until he was eventually knocked out by Baer.
I see this fight not going the distance, with Carnera winning all/ most of the rounds. Carnera had more power, a better chin and all round better skills than Willard. Carnera would try to avoid any heavy blows from Willard and would wear Willard down fairl easily. Towards about round 10-13 I think Carnera would land the knout out blow. I don't think Willard would be able to handle Carnera's power. Willard, however, will always have a punchers' chance, but i dont think that would affect Carnera and his sublime chin.

I certainly wouldn't say they are the best cars out there. They are reliable, but not really cool or the best bang for your buck. Recently, American car companies have stepped up there game. I would really recommend checking out the new Ford Focus or even some used ones. My sister owns a 2005 Ford Focus ST and it is a great little car. It has good gas mileage, good looks, and is surprisingly fast. Another option, if you are looking for a bigger car would be the new Chevy Malibu, some have said, "It's like a super accord, only it's made by GM". It really looks good too. Anyway, don't limit yourself to just one type of car and help support the American economy.
