You can also do this without using a formula.
Go to Tools,
Select Options
under the View tab deselect zero values.

For a premium you can buy guaranteed times. The first break, first break before halftime, etc. For a lesser price you can buy any time slot during a game or show. For even less you can buy ROS which is run of station and run wherever the traffic department (and a good sales person) will put you. For the right price you can buy any time slot you want.
