Nintendo Gamecube was great for younger audiences and more casual players, and had a lot of great 1st party titles (not so much 3rd party). Playstation 3 had a huge slew of games to choose from. XBox was the first entry into the gaming industry for Microsoft, so they went for hardcore gamers and brought about a lot of titles which synced with their Xbox Live program, so they introduced a lot more mature titles.

Overall, for the money, i say get a Gamecube. The games are fun, the console has always been cheap (100 bucks brand new), and worst comes to worst, if you get a Wii (like everybody apparently is doing) then all the games are backwards compatible with no strings attached.

There are many soft-wares available in the market for doing this. Like "The Logo Creator" and so on. You can just Google it to find more. But I would not advice you to buy them directly.
Firstly download the trial version from their site, test run it and if you find one suitable then only purchase it.

Secondly, if if you know a bit of designing please use professional logo template from any template site say, . They have a very good category wise logo listing at an affordable prize.

Thirdly, you can use any professional graphic design or web design service available in your area, find it by goggling it.
