I would also get the McAfee Site Advisor,because it warns users when downloading software or filling out forms on a web site that may make them victims of malware or spam.

http://ebook.software.informer.com/download-ebook-text-to-speech-book-reader/ lists several different text-to-speech programs for ebooks.
A lot of them are shareware, and probably only work for a month before you have to pay for them.
NaturalReader 9 has a free version at http://www.naturalreaders.com/free_version.htm

You should probably try to restore you Ipod by syncing it with your computer then clicking restore in the Itunes options.

I don't think they could. Though some people are gifted in some areas than others. Not necessarily book smart.
You should see a neuropsychologist if you want to know your intellegience.
