We’re implementing our new site design, and I’m working live on the blog because I’m too lazy to implement a local server and test it there. So bear with us for a couple of hours until the new design is bug-free. All posts still work! Thanks.

they are both pretty good sites and nothing go wrong

You can't just choose any port. Machines require specific ports for certain operations. If you need a port you simply add it to the firewall exceptions. NEVER open more than you need as any open port is reducing your security on the internet. If you need a Windows file sharing server there is already an exception configured for this with all the required ports attached and it only needs to be turned on.
