It wont let you send it, or if its from your phone it will send as much as the limit allows it. I loooovvvee twitter! its a lot better than facebook! its so fun. First when you get it, its like okkk what is that about but you have to go on trending topics and others things your interested in and see what others are tweeting about and you will find it funny. If you like blogs then you will love twitter. Its interesting when an event is on that your watching and you want to hear how others around the world feel about it. Like the oscars were on and it was 8k tweets a second! Just funny to hear what people have to say about everything while you put your 2 cents in!

Keep an eye on your web server logs and check to see when the Google crawler bot accesses your site. I doubt there is a fixed or recognisable pattern for crawling times, especially considering the enormous number of pages that google indexes.
To be honest your time would probably be best served creating quality content that is useful to people or if you are promoting a service, make sure it is an appealing one.
That way people will link to your site content and your PageRank will go up which in turn will get you more visitors. It's a snowball effect. Don't try to artificially boost your pagerank, you will more than likely end up getting your site excluded from google's crawler.
Good luck with your new site.

No, the radio stations use signals anyway so if you have the TA on in your car it sends it picks out the specific wave they use to give news/traffic reports on the radio and emits them as because you have activated it, your aerial picks it up – clever stuff eh?
