It is very easy:

1. Log in to your blogger account and go to the dashboard.
2. Click on the "Layout" tab, or "Edit Layout"
3. Click on "Edit HTML"
4. If you fear your talent, download the template. At least, don't blame me if you didn't download it and end up loosing it. The editing we are going to do is super simple though, so you would really have to do something stupid to delete it. I have sometimes done things that stupid. You decide for yourself.
5. Check the Checkbox that says "Expand Widget Template"
6. Scroll down. You should (depending on your template) see stuff like:
/* Variable definitions
Keep on scrolling down beyond that section
7. You should get to the start of the CSS. You should see a line like this:
body {
stuff, stuff, stuff
8. Now after the body stuff, you'll get to the closing hash-tag = }
9. Now add a couple spaces below that.
10. Add these lines:
#nabvar {
display:none;
}
Save and view your blog in a different Window. What is nice is that it is still there, it's just hidden. So if you change your mind, just go in, delete those lines and it's back.

1- Create facebook funny video group and invite people ( people like watching funny videos )
2- When you achieve 10.000 members on your facebook group, create a box on your group page which contains your blog's url.
3- You will have very huge amount visitors and followers.

This is a hidden tips ;)

Create it, then just copy and paste the code they generate into your blog. At the bottom normally, but you can put it wherever you want.
