I have two.
I purchased a little pumpkin with a mouse eating candy corn it it that I found out later its valued at over $700.00 dollars and I got it for 10 cents. I also purchased a plastic outside playground for two dollars which has brought my son so much happiness and endless smiles that its priceless!!

You can get that info if you have a legal reason for doing so, such as an accident. If there had been some ilegal activity at the complex, you or the owner would have to file a police report, and then you might be able to get the info as part of an investigation. Otherwise, no.
