Well nick i have a few helpful tips to get you on track.
here is the framework you need.
and you can download tons of apps at this website. I gave you the link with the inigma app. basically you use your camera, look at a "bar code" and it download the app directly to your phone. You can use this over the whole website
Don't forget to get your update off VZW for unlocked GPS.

Your best bet is with Linux. Windows boots unbelievably slow compared to other OS's.

Google Chrome is great – it has as many tabs as you like for new addresses – plus each tabs runs in its own thread so if one tab crashes you won't loose all your Chrome browser sessions – give it a try!

go to skyfire.com and sign up for the beta..u will receive an email asking u to enter ur email address and us phone number…..u neednt be in us..just enter any phone number..but be sure to enter ur actual email address..
2 links will be sent to u..one to ur phone and an other one to ur mail inbox….click the link and download the cab file..its an awesome program but the zooming is little bit fussy..
