There don't appear to be any direct flights, but United Airlines have connecting flights Heathrow to San Francisco or Los Angeles and onwards to Fresno (FAT). Return fares from about £370.

You can get First Capital Connect (Thameslink) trains from Luton to West Hampstead Thameslink station. You can either walk from here to your office or change to the Jubilee line to complete the journey to St John's Wood. If you walk from the Thameslink station you will save quite a bit on the ticket.
