Plant hormones are signal molecules that direct the activity of a cell. The term plant growth regulator is often used interchangeably.

"Any substance or mixture of substances intended, through physiological action, for accelerating or retarding the rate of growth or maturation, or for otherwise altering the behavior, of ornamental or crop plants or the produce thereof; but does not include substances intended as plant nutrients, trace elements, nutritional chemicals, plant inoculants, or soil amendments."

My understanding is that a PGRs are a number of plant hormones used with an economical intent in agriculture and horticulture.

It seems everyone in the world acknowledges that unfettered capitalism in a complete failure, that provides wealth for a tiny minority and is a painful soul destroying race to the bottom and slavery.

The only people who don't are blind ideologists, who want some twisted, unspeakable, unelectable, secretive version of Economic Darwinism – that is only mentioned in locker rooms of private clubs and masonic conventions.
