Plupload allows you to upload files using HTML5 Gears, Silverlight, Flash, BrowserPlus or normal forms, providing some unique features such as upload progress, image resizing and chunked uploads.
Plupload is currently separated into a Core API and a jQuery upload queue widget this enables you to either use it out of the box or write your own custom implementation. Drag/drop support of files is currently only available in Firefox 3.5+. Image resizing is only possible on Firefox 3.5+ and only at a fixed quality.

Requirements: jQuery Framework

Go with the 8600GT, the 7900 is slightly better but the 8600 supports Direct X 10 so when games and programs start requiring Direct X 10 you wont have to go and get a new video card. You can also Overclock the 8600 yourself and make it much better than the 7900. Heres a guide to overclocking if you need it:

WMM can import the following video files :
.asf, .avi, .dvr_ms, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mp2v, .wm, and .wmv.
You have to convert the QT movie to any one of the above formats. You can download & use xilisoft mov converter 3(partly freeware) from http://www.xilisoft.com to convert your mov files to wmv files for better results. It has a limitation as freeware to encode upto 5 minutes (max.) of the movie.
