i bought one too and it should have a little disk with it.
Put your disk in and a little screen should pop up telling youdownloadnload this photoshop thing download and install it and go onto it. Then it should show all your photos and it will let you put photos onto ur digital photo frame!!

On the Vista machine, Double click on your wireless icon at the bottom right and click on Network and sharing Center. Make sure you have 'Network Discovery' on

No. If you have deleted browsing history, an administrator can't view this browsing history anymore. It is possible to recover permanently deleted files, but it needs special equipment and won't be used by your administrator.
There is other way to look what sites were viewed from your computer – if you have a server in your network, it creates access logs that log all activity from your computer. Your administrator can get all the info he needs from that logs. It does not require using your computer. If you are a part from a network, he most definitely will do it this way.
He could also have installed a special program that logs all your browsing history, so you can never be sure if he can view this history.
