if you MUST get rid of it, glue boards work very well. they catch all insects (and even mice), are cheap, and odor-free. however, they are rather cruel to use to catch mice

i hate killing geckos, but….yeah crawling around on dishes & on food containers in the pantry. ugh

That sounds like it might've been a program that you've installed but there are some different mouse arrows in Windows. Try:
Start… Settings… Control Panel… Mouse… in there.

i guess there should be a class called text(which encapsulates the main text)
a class called font(which encapsulates the font size and color and font type)
a class called editor(which enables u to manipulate the text class using the font class)
