Caotina is a good brand.
If you want something more exclusive buy the hot chocolate from Sprüngli.
After having tried that one, you won't drink Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate again…

Getting items to Haiti right now is very difficult. Many places that wanted to start collecting items were told to just do money right now.
I would suggest that you start contacting organizations that might be willing to help you get the items to Haiti and that would have suggestions of what will be most needed once the basic needs of the people are being met. Then you can figure out what your collection project should be.
It if needs to be through a religious organization, contact your church to see what kind of relief organizations they support. I am Lutheran and Lutheran World Relief is a very good relief organization that not only provides disaster response but stay around after a disaster and for disaster recovery and to combat poverty. They collect health kits, quilts and layettes year round and have a need right now for more quilts and health kits. They work with Church World Service for shipment of the quilts and kits.
