With news that Bing could replace Google as the iPhone’s default search engine, it’s clear that Apple and Microsoft may not be the bitter enemies they once were. Still, the notion that Microsoft’s CEO Steve Ballmer would autograph a MacBook sounds like blasphemy.
Yet that’s exactly what happened, and there’s video to prove it.
During a visit to Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennesse, earlier this week, Ballmer kindly humored one student’s request to not only sign his MacBook, but pose for a photo with the competitor’s hardware as well. Color us impressed, Mr. Ballmer.

Are you able to visit these schools? The best way to see which school really fits your needs is to step foot on their campus. Ratings can look high, but it's what's important to you that really matters. See if your family can plan visits to see the campuses and get in touch with an advisor at the school to send you other information and brochures.
If you want to be a Physician Assistant, then cutting Mount Vernon would be a good choice. Why attend a school that doesn't have the major or concentration you want. Look deep into Trevecca and Olivets Pre-Physician Assistant Program, and see what classes they offer (just because it's the same concentration, doesn't mean the courses will be the same or similar). By looking at the courses you'll get a sense of what the school's main focus is.
If not, see if Mount Vernon has another degree option that would still allow you to do the PA training later, do they have a nursing program or a pre-med department that you can visit or talk to someone to ask about your options and what they offer that might work out of you want to stay closer to home.
I went to Olivet for a year. I really liked it, I made some really great friends (many who I still come into contact with). The campus is small, but beautiful and they treat you and your family well when you come for orientation or a visit. Freshmen can bring cars, everyone goes to the football or basketball games. There is a curfew and a some dress code restrictions. Some of the rules can get annoying. The professors are nice and knowledgeable. When I transferred to another school, one of my professors from ONU wrote a letter of recommendation for me. I only left ONU because I wanted to change my major to something more specialized and they didn't offer. So it wasn't the school or anything they did that made me leave.
But like any college. Finding your niche is important. Not every school is for everyone. Some liked ONU, some hated it, some got in trouble all the time, some were really religious. It was a diverse group, and I am sure the other two schools are the same as well.
Good luck.

Not only has Jobs lost his mind, but it's the mistake of all mistakes to pre-load Vista (of any version) onto a Mac, and then make OS X optional. While Vista may support Mac hardware, there's some things that should be left alone. Do we really need Gates and Balmer laughing any harder on the way to the bank?
