“Lapland Cheese has belonged to the Finnish menu at banquets and celebrations for hundreds of years.  The cheese was originally produced at farms on the Western coast and North of Finland. Lapland Food Ltd has maintained the old recipe and created the modern cheese desert with unique arctic jams such as cloudberry, mountain bilberry and see buckthorn.”

I think your question is too general. Italians, like any other nationality have certain traditional family foods for certain holidays and those foods vary. Even in the Country of Italy, there would be a difference according to the province in which you live. The food in Northern Italy is almost completely opposite of what you would find in Sicily.
