To clarify, Analytics is the free service that helps track you web site traffic and visitor activity it works independently from Adsense. You might need hundreds or thousands of visitors a day to enabler to have an Adsense payday.
After you get a google account, you can sign up to Analytics and Adsense here.

Google has the best mathematics and good philisophy behind it. its not supressing his workers.

They are hijacking IE and changing the homepage setting to their own. Try switching to Firefox.
