I believe its worth the extra 40 dollars since I bought it awhile baack and its one of the best games I've ever played. I really recommend this game for 360 also, if you don't like theres always a return policy.

Not sure about any PHP, open source software to make contests.

right click on my computer, click properties, advanced tab, in startup and recovery at bottom select settings, from here you can see the choice of operating systems and the time to display on startup your choice. You can edit the details here.
