The server you are connecting through, means your ISP (Internet Service Provider), it must be located in your country, they knew from which server you are coming from so smartly they direct you to your country site. If you don't want Google to direct you to your countries page, click there a link named <Go to Google.com>

mostly funding. We simply don't have the manpower to examine everything that comes into the US.
We want cheap products and we want them now, not understanding that our demands mean we may be buying dangerous products that have not been tested.

1. Yes
Basically, the google rankings, or indexing depends on a few things for the site. Keywords, for example, lets say you search for the phrase "record online media", #1, google is going to look for that EXACT phrase on a website, then it's also going to consider how many times that search has brought people to that page, how many external links point to that page, etc…so it's not necessarily the BEST responses/searches on top, but they are the most popular searches for one or another reason. So the further back you get in pages, the LESS relevant the content to your specific search.
I hope this helps.

Yes it's been happening to me. I believe it's a glitch from when they updated the site. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
