I see that your site is relatively new and until your site has 'aged' this kind of oscillation is very common. Search engines are concerned about age because spammers can (and do) create thousands of sites for popular (and profitable) keywords which are disposable. Search engines like to see a site grow naturally over a longer period of time.
Also your site will not do well in the long term because it does not have any information that a search engine can digest. This is because they cannot 'see' pictures (Flash) only text. Read this article here for more information
You would be advised to go through the tutorial as well http://www.seo-blog.com/tutorial.php

This sounds like an internet problem, are you using DSL and does your connection stay strong?
Typically, most browser problems arise from people not keeping them clean and organized. You should clear everything every single time you finish using your browser for the day; cache, history, cookies, everything, just bookmark pages you want to remember/save.
Now my biggest recommendation is that you use Firefox, technically speaking, Firefox is absolutely the best, this is fact not opinion, it is the best standards-compliant browser:
Good Luck!
