May be you can contact a web designer.
You can find many web designers at websites like , you can just post your project at the website and let many web designers bid for your project. You can hire whoever you like.
Do not pay any money afront however.

My advice is dont. If your smart use pampers or huggies, or a store brand, especially if your intending upon going out some where, say like some elses home, out to dinner, movies, church, doctors office etc:

best buy charges labor up the a$$. when i got my receiver and speakers upgraded in my car i took it to an independent shop and they charged barely anything for labor. most places would probably not install anything anyways if you didnt buy it from their store, so check with the independent stores to see if they will and if they do, might make labor cost more than if you purchased their parts
