The Supreme court has ruled that you should expect privacy in your home, a bathroom, doctors office, tanning facility, a gym, or any facility where you would not be exposed to the general public, they also ruled that you do not have the expectancy of privacy in a motor vehicle, any public gathering place, any facility where the public is in open close proximity, some people believe that a so called privacy fence guarantees your privacy, however that is not true and in most cases privacy fence is a misnomer and the actual name is stockade, dog eared, or other than privacy.~
