23 Jan 2010For some time now, a sort of "Google vs. Everybody" situation has been developing in Germany. The bad news for the search giant is that, as four online marketing agencies have prepared to team up, the situation’s continuing to take shape, and the European Commission is fine with it.
G + J Electronic Media Service, IP Deutschland, SevenOne Media, and Tomorrow Focus Portal intend to work together in the realm of online display advertising. A statement issued today explained that they will "develop and sell a new product to allow advertisers to reach better defined target groups of Internet users whose profiles would be created based on anonymous data collected throughout a large network of participating websites."
Individually, these organizations all appear to be rather important and at least fairly successful. Together, they should represent quite a force.
So here’s the extra-noteworthy part: the statement later added, "The Commission concluded that the proposed concentration was unlikely to raise competition concerns given the parties’ low market shares in online advertising and the presence of strong competitors like Google."
We’ll try to keep an eye on how this joint project proceeds. Meanwhile, a big hat tip goes to Robert Andrews.

I think all the photos have been taken and put up. There are gaps between various photos but thats how its meant to be I think as the photos are taken every few metres apart or so. Its probably irrelevant anyway because none of the photos will be left because of certain people who have no life and think its 'invading' their piracy, sad I think. And I live in Manchester too

i think it's mostly the teenagers aged 14-17. Usually in gangs (seems to be mostly South London) and they just hang around the streets all day looking for trouble.
Then, there are the "loners" who carry a knife "for protection" against these gangs – tragically, these seem to be the ones most likely to get hurt.
To reach them, would need to target the areas they are living in with flyers, also loca media and posters/bilboards.
But they need to educate children not to see these as glamorous or useful, and to make a police prescence nmore obvious so that these kids see an alternative to "sorting out" problems with knives.
Also, should be tougher penalties for anyone caught carrying a knife.

That feature may not be available.. although you can download them and autoplay or repeat them in windows media player.
this will help you… Use 'zillatube'.
It is very easy to download and convert to mpg/mp3 format that is compatible for your windows media player.
It is the easiest way (and also the fastest).
It works very well…..just google search for 'zillatube'

No, we should abandon this poorly thought out and uneconomical project in favor of large scale reprocessing of spent nuclear fuel. This is the only rational approach to our obvious need for an increase in nuclear power generation. France has been doing this for years so the technology is well established. Heck, if all else fails we could probably pay France to do it for us.
