In: web resources

26 Jan 2010

This is a Friday post that happens to show up on Monday ;)

2010 will have a lot of Web based OS products, including the much anticipated Chrome OS. Why wait for that when you can use Windows 3.11: Browser Edition?

Or, check out webOS on mobile, Jollicloud on Netbook, and many others.

If you tag or categorize your posts on their blogs with your name, then you should be able to find yours when you click on your category. You can do that in WordPress, but I don't know how well it would work in other blogs. Not sure about comments. Here are some popular WordPress comments plugins. ∠°)

Well you could get a blogging software that allows you to post instantly to your blogs, add rss feeds
adds many plugins automatically,
Gets you to rank at the top of google in hours

I find this system excellent.

Put them together. That way people will only have to go to 1 place to see all the stuff they don't care about.

No one earns any money, i guess famous people might, to use the site or something, but not just anyone that writes something.
People leave blogs because they like writing or want attention or want people to see their views.
I personally write and don't put it all over the internet, because i write blog type things and don't want people reading them and judging them.

Well, to have a good banner, you either
a) search for an easy editor
b) get familiar with Photoshop
c) get somebody to do it for you

I personally chose b and in a few days I got the basic hang on Photoshop. And I made my own banners:

If you also choose b, you need an editor like Photoshop. I used Photoshop CS4.
