Watch what you are doing stupid.
How bias are introduced into evaluations:
When one is an internal evaluator.
Divides loyalties among management and employees.
Uses goals established by the "stakeholder".
Uses the program’s goals.

I have one of the first versions of the Pro system and I have never had a problem, I even left it on for 3 days in game and it didn't overheat. I think it really is just a case of a few bad apples but luckily enough, I have dealt with XBOX customer support to get my friends hard drive replaced and they are more than happy to help you out if any problems arise.
Hope this helps, Good Luck!
