He is the chief guard in rivet city, his name is harkness, you should get an option when you speak to him to tell him he is an android. You will normally find him in the market area of rivet city.

You can't and so you should look into getting an Android device.
I recommend getting one by HTC

It seems you have a moded phone. if so, You need the out of box version of android with the google apps.

Atlas Shrugged is an iconic book by Ayn Rand. If you've read the rest of her books (like The Fountainhead) and like it, then I urge you to read it. But of course, you need patience as it's a big book.
