Kaleidoscope is an excellent little app from Made By Sofa that facilitates identifying changes that have been made in documents and images. It’s really pretty to boot.

Many people have problems with google adsence. Truthfully, in order to earn any real money, your page views needs to be in the hundreds of thousands every day! Although you are making $0.00, So their might be a problem with your account. Try to get in contact with them and see if they can fix it for you!

It can vary greatly.
In the begining, once the site is COMPLETE submit a google site map.
That is all you can really do, other than making sure you have a nice SEO friendly website to help rankings.
It does take time to get into google and once you are in google, if you site is reasonable changes and new pages can show up within a matter of hours. – my blog posts on my blog are usually added within 3 hours to google results.
Don't worry too much, worry more about making a good site, which is valid and user friendly, and google will come and do the rest
