Traditionally the holiday season starts on Thanksgiving and ends Jan 2nd but stores start putting out Christmas stuff before Halloween even ends.

Like hell 42% pay no taxes.
Taxes are included in the price of everything you buy.
The taxes paid by the rich are simply passed down to the final payer through increased costs.
Rich people don't pay taxes. Their customers pay the taxes. When you give tax holidays to the rich they never pass the savings down. They just pocket them. The result is they can use the increased profits to buy out competition in the market place and increase their share of the nations wealth even more.
Trickle down was one of the worst economic theories USA ever attempted, it was a miserable 2 year failure commonly known as the Reagan Recession.
Arguments like yours are why Republicans suck when it comes to managing a country and they end up ruining the economy instead.

Start with getting them up at the same time every day; it doesn't matter when they go to bed (but there should be a set bed time like no latter then…), but always get them up in the morning at the same time. Then follow a getting ready routine to get dressed, eat breakfast, comb hair, brush teeth, etc. Have another routine for when they come home, like hang up coat, have snack, do homework, freetime, dinner, family time, etc. Do the routines consistantly every day, at least every school day.
