You can get that pin number from Blue Sky… the company that originally sent you the pin. Call them, give them your account information, and have them either tell you the pin on the phone, or have them mail it to you.
If YOU originally set that pin, then look on the back of the modem. You will see a Reset button there. Press that for 15 seconds, then there will be no pin. After that, you would have to go into the configuration of the modem, and set a new pin. However, do NOT reset the modem if you did not originally set the pin. If the pin was mailed to you with the modem, then call the company that sent you the modem.
