How long is a piece of string? That's how general your question is. It depends on the area, competition and resources. How much money have you got to spend on a marketing budget, you can do it as fancy as you want or work extremely hard to get yourself around.
Generally, local advertising, alliances with other companies, yellow pages and the very important referral.
If you want something more specific, contact me, I'm a management consultant.
Cheers.

I think you would need a scanner to get the picture on your paper into the computer.

How did you print off the picture if you didn't have it saved to your computer?

You can try looking in your "Drafts". But; More than likely, if it is not in your "Drafts Box", Its Gone.

Copy how formal the offer email is because that's presumably how they expect the formality of your communication to be if it's what they've used.

http://www.belchfire.net , they have a huge selection of wallpapers, themes, screen savers etc……They do not contain spyware, adware….etc.

Please note these are designed by individuals and most of them have links to their websites posted on the downloads. To remain safe, do not click the links. They are not scanned by belchfire.

enjoy,

You can deduct the cost of the advertising materials only. You can NOT deduct any part of the cost of the car or the costs of operating it. You can't deduct those even if YOU own the car. (The business use of your car is deductible, but slapping some advertising on the family jalopy doesn't qualify as business use.)
