Well i think thats a bit of a problem. Specially so when you are working away from your native place. But if you are not consider yourself lucky! Start from unemployed relatives and aunts first. If you have some contacts with in the banking sector try and pitch them the incentive schemes and stuff. I know things will be a bit difficult as, in as much as i know icici doesnt pay the advisors anything except their commission. Try and talk to a couple of Chartered Accountants and Tax planners in your vicinity & contact book they can be a big source of business if you know what i am talking about. Work hard into investing time about the right lot of advisors for you and you do not have to work for the rest of your tenure> All the best!

P.S: Students of some business institutes in and around your vicinity looking for summer internships & projects is also a viable source.
