You would use javascript's onMouseover event. You can not do this with just HTML.

Well no there is no possible way unless you put you mic next to a speaker then that's the only thing close to it but no one but you can make it out though.

you would be suprised by how many girls do tht. its a great way of excersise, and a wonderful way to help boost your confidence. just make sure u don't accidently dance that way at a school dance! lolz. try practicing some extra dance moves. something simple that u can build off from. anyone can dance, just don't copy styles, cause then it will look stupid. its okay, though. i do that too. its a great time to work on new hairstyles and makeup. dance it out and be confident!!!! it WILL get rid of stress!!!!! have fun dancing
