21 Feb 2010High dynamic range imaging (HDRI or just HDR) is a set of techniques that allow a greater dynamic range of luminance between the lightest and darkest areas of an image than standard digital imaging techniques or photographic methods. This wider dynamic range allows HDR images to more accurately represent the wide range of intensity levels found in real scenes, ranging from direct sunlight to faint starlight. Today, we are showing you 35 Truly Stunning Examples of HDR Photography. I appreciate to all those talented photographers who captured these excellent pictures with their efforts, imaginations and creativity to give us a chance to see these creative wonders from their creative eyes. This list is not long in numbers but I promise you that when you start browsing them in details it will surely refresh you. These are the wonder creations of photographer who used their creativity with a different angle and approach to get the result that makes a difference.

Below is a link that will be helpful to you. The app is free, never expires, but if you want to get rid of the watermark on the pics you have to pay for the program.
I really good program that is utterly free is The Gimp. You'll also want to download the file Grokking The Gimp, which explains how to use this program. It takes some patience to learn how to use, but it's the best free program available. This is a cool program because it is constantly being developed by many people in different countries. Here's the link:
I hope this works for you! Be sure to get the tutorial; it explains the way pics are composed – very interesting.

Do you mean you added coloured powder?
Any chemical added to water will affect the evaporation rate slightly, and so the different chemicals to give different colours will make a bit of difference.
The other thing will be how much energy different colours absorb – for example, black is good at abosorbing heat, whereas white tends to reflect heat. So the darker colours will have abosorbed more energy, heating the water quicker and causing more evaporation.

I1 = 96.1 w/m^2
I2 = I1 + 8 dB
Io = 10^-12 w/m^2 (standard intensity)
Take the intensity level of two sounds expressed in dB
10 log(I2/Io) = 8 + 10 log (I1/Io)
……………..= 8 + 10 log (96.1/10^-12)
……………..= 8 + 10(log 96.1 + log 10^12 )
……………..= 8 + 139.83 = 147.83 dB is the intensity level of the sound wave due to the ambulance.
…………………………………………………………………
Also,
I2/Io = 10^14.783
I2 = 10^-12 x 10^14.783 = 606.74 w/m^2
……………………………………………………………………..
Observe that 147.83 dB is abnormally high . Sounds beyond 120 dB produce a painful sensation. So verify the value of I1. If it is different you can make suitable changes in the calculation. ( Ex: If I1 = 96.1×10^-11 w/m^2 then the level of I2 turns out to be 37.82 dB )

I already have Photoshop CS3 extended so naturally I would use it for this (and have). I don't know if there are programs specifically designed for HDR but I would imagine so… and they most likely are less expensive than Adobe.
I'm impressed with the quality of control Adobe provides.

CD quality is greater because a mp3 is a compressed file that makes it 10 times smaller than a CD so that it can take up less space. Yes mp3's are a lesser quality you are right.
