Maybe Inuyasha too, it has a great story line and is about a 15 year old girl traveling to a distant land (500 years into the past to be exact) and theres alot of romance that goes on. She falls in love with a half demon guy who still loves a woman that was killed. Since removing this and using Windows XP's built in tools, it works perfectly. However, a colleague at work has described similar problems. I can't seem to find the details on the net, but as far as consumer support, try Which?, OFCOM etc as your first port of call, or your local Citizen Advice Bureau I've had a home hub for 3 months now – I did have these problems when using the BT software supplied with the Hub.
