Our other blog DesignM.ag has included a job board for about the past year. The job board has just undergone some significant changes and been re-launched. If you’re not familiar with it, the DesignM.ag job board provides designers and developers with a place to find work (freelance and employment opportunities), and helps companies to find skilled workers. To celebrate the improvements and the re-launch, job postings will be free through the end of January with the use of the promo code “free”. After January the price will be $50 for a 30 day listing, or $65 for a 60 day listing.

If you’re interested in posting a job listing for free, please visit the submission page. If your company has a need to hire designers or developers on a regular basis, please contact us as we can arrange significantly discounted pricing for repeat users.
Improvements to the Job Board:
The old job board was using a WordPress plugin that is no longer supported or updated, so we made changes that helped to improve the look and the usability, as well as to be able to offer promo codes. The new job board is also providing greater exposure to listings, which will help those who are looking to hire as well as those who are looking for work.
Here are some of the specific improvements:
More Jobs are Being Shown Across DesignM.ag
Now on DesignM.ag, all pages and posts outside of the job board are displaying links to 15 recent job listings. These links are shown at the top of the left sidebar giving them maximum visibility. Additionally, the number of visitors and pageviews at DesignM.ag have increased significantly in recent months, giving more exposure to job listings.

Recent Job Listings Are Now Being Syndicated on Vandelay Design and Folio Focus
The Vandelay Design blog now includes links to the 15 most recent job listings in the right sidebar to provide even more exposure. Our gallery of portfolios, Folio Focus, is also displaying the 15 most recent listings in the right sidebar.

Better Organization and Categorization
Job categories include design, development, marketing & SEO, and other jobs. Each listing is also designated as full-time, part-time, or freelance, and visitors can easily browse jobs in any category or of any type.
Who Can Post a Job Listing?
The DesignM.ag job board is ideal for:
- Agencies who are looking for employees or freelancers
- Companies looking to hire in-house workers
- Anyone who is looking to hire a freelancer
If you’d like to find a design, developer, or marketer, please visit the job board submission page and enter the promo code “free” to get a free 30 or 60 day listing.
If you are a designer or developer, you can subscribe to the job board’s RSS feed to stay up-to-date with opportunities that are available.

depends
i dont know what the paint looks like or anything
if its oxidized, your going to have to remove all the oxidized paint
if the paint hasnt oxidized or anything
but the paint just looks dull
i would first
wash the car
then clay the car ( it removes all the stuff thats on top of the paint that is hard to remove, leaving the paint as smooth as glass)
i suggest meguiars smooth surface clay kit (comes with 2 50mg clay bars, lubricant for the clay, a microfiber towel, and a 4 oz sample of their cleaner wax ( good product) price: 15-20
then use meguiars deep crystal paint cleaner, this is a mild cleaner paint cleaner, removes light oxidation, scratches, etc..
you might need a stronger paint cleaner, like scratchx 2.0 or something. Price: 7
then use meguiars deep crystal polish
its a pure polish, and this is what makes your car shine, it also fills in light scratches, swirl marks, etc..
cost: 7 bucks
then use meguiars nxt 2.0 tech wax
this protects the paint, locks in the polish
also fills in light scratches, and adds a little shine to the car
cost: 15-18
then theres also tire shine/trim shine/etc
you can use meguiars natural shine, or supreme shine protectant
only 5 bucks, and can clean/shine your dashboard, tires, trim
etc.
any more questions just message me

If were a good employee, just stick to that. It is understandable that you went to school to better your position. Regarding the personal problems, don't get into it. Stick to the facts and express that you have more to offer now that you have finished school.

hummm.
They don't help out, thats for sure, still i don't think they are the main cause of the problem with public education. I don't think it would be fair to say that.

Most likely it is for painting interiors of houses and apartments. Some of my friends have done this. You may or may not need to supply your own brushes and rollers and it is most likely a 1099 job where you are responsible for paying your own taxes (none are withheld from pay). If you don't mind a little hard work, sweat, and paint on your clothes it's good work.

i wouldn't have thought they could. if they state that you have til a certain date, you should get until that date, not until they decide they have enough applicants. i don't know if its illegal, but its definitely unethical and unfair. also sucks for them, they could miss out on a perfect applicant by closing the date too early.
