Last month we announced a partnership with Fanurio Time Tracking and Invoicing and offered a $10 discount ($49 instead of $59) on Fanurio’s software. This is just a reminder that the discount period ends in one week, December 16, 2009. If you’ve already downloaded the 30 day free trial and you want to purchase the license, be sure to do it before the 16th and use the coupon code “vandelay2009″ when purchasing.

If you haven’t downloaded the trial version, there is still time to try it out for a week before the offer expires. You can get the free trial from Fanurio’s website.

If you didn’t see the post last month and you’re not familiar with Fanurio, you can read why we recommend it to designers (and other freelancers) for their own time tracking and invoicing needs.

If you are technicaly inclined, have an amateur radio licence, and are tracking cars for non-commercial purposes, you could have access to the APRS network:

otherwise they all cost money to cover the airtime for the cell phone network that is usually used to report real-time data

Spirit Activity happens all around us all the time. I personally don't subscribe to the 3am theory. I am a member of a paranormal research society and I believe and am working on the hypothesis that spirit entities are more active around times such as full moons, solar flares etc. I personally believe that most spirits need to draw on energy of some sort to manifest. And if this is truly the case, daylight hours are probably better than 3am as there is more energy available to draw on.

But to answer your question about what evidence has been collected…… There are many groups such as the one I am in out there trying to find evidence to prove the existence of spirits to the world. I believe they exist, and have yet to collect any evidence that will prove without a shadow of a doubt the existence of spirits, links to certain times etc. All we can do is keep researching and employ the most professional and stringent methods possible. One day we will know the answer to your question, but unfortunately today, there is no answer that is provable.

if the crack was patched and it has opened up again then the problem is still there. Did't you have an inspector??
the door is a bad omen, indicates sinking or foundation shifting.

diameter also makes a difference…as does attachments…possibly even composition and purpose. It doesn't rely just on height.
