Registry Cleaners are not just for Web Designers.
The fact is, Web Designers can't even create one themselves.
Registry Cleaners are programs created by Software Programmers/Developers.
They created it for everyone to use.
As for your registry, if you're not sure if there is something wrong with it, don't use any Registry Cleaner with it. You might just mess it all up.
Good luck!
