By the way – updating iTunes can RE-LOCK your iPhone, so be careful!!!!

you can't see whether you will get artwork or not from limewire.
but what i do is when i transfer them to itunes, you right click the song and select 'get album artwork' if you have the correct song, artist, and album name, itunes usually can find it.

As soon as you produce an original artistic work you own the copyright in the work. You do not have to take any steps at all.
