I assume you mean Yahoo! Avatars, rather than pictures uploaded through Yahoo! 360 (like mine)? If it's the latter, then it's something that can easily be done in Photoshop. I think you probably mean Yahoo! Avatars, but the term "photos" is a bit misleading as it implies a picture that's taken with a camera, rather than a cartoon avatar.
Anyhow, if you're thinking of what I think you're thinking of, then it's a lightning flash. You can find it in Extras>Holiday and Events>Halloween in Yahoo! Avatars. It should show up on page 9 of the Halloween catagory.

i believe the best answer would be to properly read the instructions down to the letter…have you used archive invalidation invalidated?
it will not show up in data files, you will notice by playing the game of course, a framerate change is what will most likely happen.

Just make that yahoo page your home page.Go into tool's,internet option's,general tab.Change homepage to yahoo.com.Then click on start,and slid the internet explore name on to the desktop and there's your short cut.
